Over the past decade, I’ve journeyed alongside clients, offering spiritual and therapeutic guidance, and diving deep into the experiences that give our lives meaning and purpose. One thing I’ve come to understand is this: our minds shape our reality. There comes a pivotal moment in our journey when we realize that healing—or suffering—is a choice. It’s about finding the magic in the mundane, and discovering that even in the face of challenges, there’s room for gratitude. The question "who are you" always gets me, because I am the youniverse, I am love, I am the sun the moon the stars. I am also a healer, a guide and a teacher. I am also a best friend, a mother and a daughter. In this podcast I talk about many of the modalities of healing I use to help people find themselves again. To 'heal' is to return something to its original purity, and that's purpose my soul follows in this incarnation and I love to share that with anyone who aligns to that frequency.

Lily has been on the path to self-discovery for many years, but a few years ago was the biggest leap.
She narrowed her life down to a few belongings and a backpack and traveled through India and Nepal for a year with Gaia guiding her soul.
The result was learning to trust her inner guidance. She booked two nights in a hotel and the rest of the year was guided moment to moment.
Through her experiences, she discovered the magic of sound bowls and chanting. Now she shares what she learned to support others on their journey of awakening.
